Man United's Mourinho: Prem title more realistic than last season

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is hoping to continue his trend of guiding clubs to championship success in his second season at the helm.

He achieved the feat at Porto, Chelsea twice, Inter Milan and Real Madrid, with the only exceptions to the rule being his first two management roles, at Benfica and Uniao de Leiria, where he lasted less than a season in both cases.

Arsenal wanted a penalty for handball against Wilfred Ndidi with referee Mike Dean unmoved, but the equaliser came on the stroke of half-time after Kolasinac unselfishly squared to Welbeck with the goal gaping. Manchester United, Southampton, Cheltenham Town (Carabao Cup) and Newcastle United will see the first team travelling from one end of the country to the other as they play football away from home, but the side has a couple of weeks reprieve as we do have an international break as well as our first Home game against Huddersfield Town, but we're on the road again as we travel to the Midlands for a League clash against West Brom.

He did, however, have a criticism of the Belgium striker who moved to Old Trafford from Everton for £75 million plus add-ons this summer. There was, however, a strong suspicion of handball by Ozil ahead of the corner that indirectly led to the goal. The two sides have both figured in the transfer market as well, with Arsenal signing Lacazette and Sead Kolasinac while holding onto Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez (thus far, anyhow), while Leicester has brought in Kelechi Iheanacho from Manchester City and is widely expected to be dealing Riyad Mahrez prior to the Aug. 31 deadline. Victor can play right-back and centre midfield.

"We always had more goals with wingers and midfielders getting 10 goals, central defenders getting five goals, and last season that did not happen much". He has joined on the cheap, and relatively unknown on English soil, but by the time the season is out, there will be widespread acclaim. Starting the year with a convining home win should do wonders for the club.

Perhaps it is all just an overreaction and Chelsea will cruise to victory, but failure to win will continue to keep tongues wagging.

You feel that of all the games involving the top six this weekend, one of these two are the most likely to slip up-expect early season meltdown at the Emirates if Arsene Wenger's men drop points.

"It's the same pressure as I had last season", Guardiola explained.

The 54-year-old added: "I think everyone - the top seven - are all in Europe". I was living my dream and made that big step, which is not common.

"So I'm convinced I have - not just the hope - but the conviction that our second season, in terms of the quality of our team, is going to be better".

David Moyes, who was sacked by United in April 2014 after a nightmare stint at Old Trafford, said his former side have a "really good chance" to win the Premier League.

A club record £58 million lured Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata from the European champions, while Tiemoue Bakayoko and Antonio Rudiger also joined Chelsea, whose spending climbed over £130 million. Here are 5 areas which the league must improve on in the upcoming season.
