Clinton swings back at Trump after late-night Twitter attack

Trump returned to using the 'Crooked' modifier in reference to his ex opponent, tweeting: 'Crooked Hillary Clinton blames everybody (and every thing) but herself for her election loss.

Rather than showing Trump inside the Oval Office, or his face at all, the cover was quite simply a wall of bricks.

Five minutes later, Trump went back on Twitter and said: 'The "deplorables" came back to haunt Hillary.

Clinton attempts to answer this question in a candid account of an election campaign that was marked by sexism, kooky theatrics, Russian interference and "a maddening inattention to serious issues".

Fans of Clinton loved the exchange, tweeting back their praise in the form of emojis, gifs and a few "damn girl" tweets. "She lost the debates and lost her direction!"

"That was the determinative day because it stopped my momentum", the 69-year-old Clinton said. She points to the Electoral College as one of the reasons for he stunning loss - a difficult point to argue, when you consider she won the popular vote by a heavy margin.

"Domestically, to our institutions of democracy, our self-governance, our rule of law", she charged.

Comey, who had led the investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of state, told Congress 11 days before the election that "the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation".

You don't like Hillary Clinton. While she's unsurprisingly critical of Trump, she's also been pretty pointed about Bernie Sanders and claimed that he 'caused lasting damage' to her campaign.
